Enrolling in Private Piano Lesson Subscriptions

This is a definitive guide for how to enroll in private piano lessons with Kelsey and how to book and schedule your online private piano lessons with the current piano lesson subscription model. Private piano lessons are available as seasonal subscriptions.

Lessons are purchased in 3 month subscription bundles, where you will automatically be charged for your bundle of lessons each month. This is to help maintain consistent lessons and personal growth, while streamlining the payment and scheduling process for us both.

    3. Schedule the lesson time that works best for you.

    4. Play piano!

  • When you are running out of scheduled lessons, LOG-IN using the button at the top of the page to renew your subscription. You can schedule out lesson times yourself, or Kelsey can send a reoccurring invite if you prefer.

Scheduling

Once you buy your subscription, you can schedule out your lessons! If you schedule is not consistent, feel free to schedule out all 12 lessons at your own pace within your subscription time frame. If you would like to meet at the same time each week, let me know and I can schedule your recurring time for you! As a reminder, lessons that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are considered void.

Flexibility

Your 3 month pack (12 lessons) should be used within 4 months of purchase, or within 4 months of your last lesson if you bought your subscription early. That wiggle room is built in to accommodate travel, other commitments, and illnesses or emergencies. If Kelsey has to make a last minute change to the original scheduled lesson time, that lesson will be refunded or credited as a future lesson.

Cancelling

Piano Lesson Cancellations: Lessons cancelled or rescheduled the week of will not be refunded, except in cases of extreme circumstances. Remember that the time that you schedule is time that Kelsey is reserving for your lesson, and cannot accept other clients.
